This article was very helpful. I am an aspiring CSO. The job title fits my personality to a T. I am in love with the Information Security field and it’s a goal of mine to be the best CSO that I can be. Thanks for putting this article together.

We try to help people who are on the job search advance in a career that they are more passionate about. If they make these steps to do something that they like instead of just something that pays the bills, they are not only happier with the work they are doing but become more successful candidates.
So when it comes to recruiting, the candidate can have all the skills he/she needs, if the passion isn't in the person to do the work then he/she will less driven to maintain and help guide the company in the right direction.
