A very enjoyable article! which I shall recommend to my team; we're currently trying to evaluate all our documents and files as part of migrating only what we really need to the new document-management system.

Regarding formatting quirks - moving to our new publishing platform (two months ago) taught me a lot about database migrations! Many older articles have formatting issues and the (manual) cleaning process will take some time, but we're on it.
