How do I find out if a business that claims to have VeriSign security coverage in fact does. I have contacted Veri Sign, but have received no reply. The business is 123findacar.com and its domain name was obtained through Go Daddy.com

There should be a verisign logo you can click on their site, which will provide you with a 'certificate' stating the sites validity and coverage. Also remember that having 'Verisign Security Coverage" has nothing to do with PCI compliance, if you are concerned with the security of your card data during a transaction you need to look for them to have PCI Compliance, and likely have passed vulnerability scan. That information can be obtained through that certificate. I know simplyPCI.com provides the logo and verification for all of their customers, not sure about verisign
