Hard Questions About Background Checks

I thought we had a good relationship with human resources...until the time came to implement a background check program.

These background checks have gotten totaly out of hand.All they have done is made it harder for a person to make an honest liveing.And at the same time spread eveery ones person infermation all over the internet where scabs can intercept it and use it for ellgotten gane.Not to mention that how rediculis it is that a person needs to be draged thruogh the mud to get a minnum wag part time job that has no security or garenties,Fedral laws should requiar that enployers garente full time employment with health benafits and a minimun income of no less than 2.5 times fed minimun wage standards.AND any company company who has a high turn over in employment particurly lay off or constant use of temp should not even be permitted to do backgroud check.Only on enployees who are garentied permant fulltime employment of 3 years or more.To conduct background checks on employee who you only intend to keep for a week to 14 mounth defeets the whole perpus.I'll leave on that note even though there is so much more that could be and should be said and done about this nation orented background checking program desined to colect information on our honest AMERICAN PEOPLE.
