As a security manager for a large and growing call center here in the US, I found this article a reflection of some of my worst fears. Fortunately, security at our facilities is of utmost importance to the company and no report of security problems is ever ignored (to my knowledge). This is an excellent article, and one that is very often ignored. Thanks.
