It almost sounds like DTE is trying to put the blame for this continuing issue on the court systems. I did not really hear alot about them taking a preventative approach by utilizing the current technology to mitigate this problem.The problem is also speading to the areas surrounding Detroit. Should we just believe that the judges in the suburbs are less corrupt? Perhaps if DTE was held more accountable for their actions (or lack of proactive action) like other companies that are in a more competitive arena,they might take an even more proactive approach to dealing with this problem.Their lack of competition in the market has made them complacent and willing to blame others rather than thinking outside of the box. DTE needs to stop whinning about the court system and make a better effort at prevention rather than crying about the barn door being left open after the horses have escaped. Get with the technological program DTE, other cities have.
