It's easy to say things will work out fine, and easy to want to believe they will. However, unless your card issuer tells you things are fine don't believe it. Even the payment processor can't guarantee fines won't be levied. In fact, a review of your contract with the payment processor would be a good idea to actually see what happens when the card issuer decides to go after a non-compliant merchant (my guess, they fine the payment processor, who can pass the fine on to you because you agreed to those contract terms).
