I have had the opportunity to see Mr. Thomas speak and present at several conferences. He is an expert in jewelry crime investigation and a fantastic presenter. During one of his presentations he showed how the CCTV system works. I would not want to be a criminal crossing paths with Mr. Thomas or Zales. In either case it seems to me you are sure to be caught. Great segment CSO!
