There is another issue - and that is whether your set your clock or whether you have someone else manage that. The difference in the Evidence Model is pretty significant.

Additionally in the US the legal source of time is the NIST master clock - check out 15 USC 271 and 272 for more info on that. For those impacted by ultimately needing to insure that the data is admissible in US Courts, its better to select the NIST calibrated time-service.
