Nice comprehensive list. One new course that could be added is the CSSLP (Certified Secure Software Lifecycle Professional) course from ISC(2). Course is suitable for professionals building software applications.

MBCI - Member of the Business Continuity institute (in Europe similar to CBCP)
FBCI - Fellow of the Business Continuity Institute (in Europe similar to the MBCP)
CBRM - Certified Business Resilience Manager (BRCCI in Canada similar to the CBCP)
Also the Master Recovery Planner (MRP)and Senior Recovery Planner (SRP) by the University of Richmond
In the Business Continuity Certification area you are missing several internationally recognized BCDR certifications such as:
