Security Convergence seems more on insiders and social engineering; but it would be nothing for machine flaw. as in the article by Gregg Keizer, "Researcher: Power Grid Hackers Probably Attacked Typical PC Flaws", attacks would be via the PC in management office into the processors in all kinds of process control. security for PC and networks should be modified to enhance into processors and software for process-control.

Your article does an excellent job of capturing the importance of the CFATS legislation and th impact on security. It is vital to include elements of physical security and personnel background to track who has physical access to materials during transport AND storage.
