Would be interested to know what differences, if any, you're seeing in security needs around a layoff today versus 18 months ago. On the outplacement side, we are seeing increased levels of both employee and employer stress, which has caused us to modify some of our approaches. Given the constant barrage of negative economic news, employees are simply more emotionally fragile and their reactions to being laid off slightly more unpredictable than in a booming economy.

Appreciate that both here and in your article on Security's Role in Handling Layoffs you emphasize a balance between corporate relationships with employees and serious security needs.
