Bill - I would like to challenge you to change the title of your article.

To classify the responsible facts which you and CSO have been reporting as "HYPE" takes away from the Leadership and much needed detailed information you have provided.

I recommend a title of "Careful Monitoring & Arming Facts: Control Chaotic and Emotional Panic

It is a good event to change the policy. People put back the policy because it may be too much. It may be good to have a three stage policy: normal, alert and fear. In present situation, the policy should be in alert stage (ie. do less: e.g. remind staffs to wash their hand, nose and mouth; and remind cleaners to clean the floor with bleach.} { In fear stae: all would be in compulsory]
