Before moving with this initiative, there is some issue that have to be properly addressed before the beginning of the President Plan. 1st the primary role of the National Security NSA as defined by law, and the objectives of the possible department that might be created and a clear definition of roles of each of them. Once this objective become clearly defined, the project quick off will be another great success among the president priorities. Great job!
