So this serves as a warning to security people. When you are out to dinner (which may be the first one you had in a while) dont worry about the salt. Also, make sure to act like you have table manners. No elbows and pick up the right fork, it may cost you a potential job offer.

While the world economics collapse around us, lets worry about the fluffy crap that probably got us into this issue in the first place...too much emphasis on the things that do not really matter and not enough attention to the real skills needed to lead us out of the current mess we are in.

How about this for a change...write a job description about the job you are actually hiring for not something you downloaded off the internet.
